Growing company in Alpharetta seeks Financial Analyst who will prepare reports and analyze revenue and gross profit details

Additionally you will be responsible for financial models that forecast business performance. This position is also responsible for assisting with the preparation of financials, financial budgets and provide sales data analysis and other reporting as required. The financial analyst helps build robust financial models with key business metrics.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assists with the creation of financial models, research and analyses of trends, leading indicators and business statistics

  • Utilizes data infrastructure by extracting, aggregating, and dissecting financial data and performance metrics

  • Leverages recurring and ad hoc management reporting to identify trends, support business cases and understand opportunities and risks

  • Supports management to create an annual budget that is aligned to the strategic plan and performs forecasting to provide visibility into business results to enable business decisions

  • Assists with business analysis for the annual budget and forecasting as directed

  • Supports management to develop strategies and initiatives to drive growth and margin improvements.

  • Maintains an awareness of general business and financial conditions

  • Partners with Key Stakeholders and Business Partners to align on business priorities and drive effective solutions/execution.


Qualifications:

  • BS - Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.

  • 3 years of experience in Finance

  • Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, required.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written

FINANCE MANAGER

We've partnered with Northside to find finance professionals!  

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for financial reporting of, and general financial support to, Northside’s business units. This role will identify and explain trends in financial performance, productivity, and revenue cycle. Additionally, this position develops performance expectations and assess performance versus expectations. The Coordinator assists in the the calculation, payment and tracking of physician compensation per contractual agreements.


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of a team of financial analysts

  • Preparation and communication of accurate, reliable and timely financial reporting and analysis in support of Physician Practices. Financial Reporting packages will include:

  • Practice and service-line P&Ls – month and YTD views

  • Trending of productivity measures (CPTs / RVUs) and patient statistics

  • Revenue Cycle performance measures – reporting around the status of charge capture initiatives, billing and collections functions.

  • Understanding and communication of overall financial impact of Practices to Northside leadership

  • Developing and maintaining awareness of financial and operational goals and projections for the Physician Practices and for monitoring performance versus these targets.

  • Responsible for coordination around issue resolution and communication of trends and observations to appropriate representatives across Finance Division, in support of resolution. Areas of Focus will include:

  • Revenue Cycle

  • Practice P&Ls

  • Practice Impact

  • Physician Compensation

  • Responsible for coordination of Physician Practice financial functions in support of day to day operations (and in support of Practice Administrators)

  • Participate and present in monthly Financial Review Meetings within Finance Division.

  • Additional support to Finance Management upon request.
